Project included: Feasibility Studies, Design, approval,funding, procurement, outages, and Long Lead Procurement transportation andcontractor’s management of an iconic expansion program executed from Corning,USA and Wuhan, China. This project involved the design and construction of areplacement of many industrial facilities and process equipment’s to adhere toCorning’s new technology of gorilla glass. The challenge was a new companyculture change to introduce project controls as a tool in assisting Contractsand procurement, construction, and management.
